Happy St. Patricks Day!
It seems like St. Patricks Day has gotten a little more interest than usual this year! Maybe because life is a little more gloomy these days, and we will celebrate just about anything! I am about 1/32 Irish, so I think I qualify to be a little Irish anyway. We celebrated by wearing green, eating shamrock sugar cookies, spaghetti with leprachan sauce, lepracachan punch, and leprachan pie. Oh, and pot of gold corn (thanks Amanda). I' m pretty sure I am not spelling leprachan right, but does it really matter? I am looking forward to spring! I have a big to-do list for my husband, and I can't wait to spruce up the yard again!
