May in Review

Here is what we have been doing in the month since my last post.

Both Tyler and Jacob were in Little League. Sometimes they would have games at the same time at the same school. That was my favorite--I love 2 for 1 games :)

In the 4th grade, the students have to pick a famous person who is dead and complete several different projects about that person. At the end, they had a "Wax Museum" where students and parents came through and listened to them tell about their character. Megan chose Anne Frank. She did a great job on the research, and really enjoyed learning about Anne Frank. It opened up a lot of discussions in our house and really made a great impact on Megan.

Joe took the older 2 boys to the Fathers and Sons campout. They had a blast hiking up to the waterfall, and having fun together.

Another great accomplishment was that Tyler finally learned to ride a bike. It took a lot of hard work, but it payed off. He loves to ride his bike with his friends!

And finally, Tyler graduated from Kindergarten! Grandpa, Grandma, and Karli came to watch him. It was a really cute program.

We are now looking forward to a fun and relaxing summer! Yea for swimming and babysitters at home!
